1. Availability request for a stay at Quirinus Venetia Properties can be made via the "Check Availability" of this site. We will respond to the request in a timely fashion and if it can do, give instructions for booking;


2. Payment: to confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to pay the full amount by bank transfer;


3. Documents: upon arrival is essential to present an 'identity document for each guest, to allow it to register in accordance with current laws. In the case of minors, these must be accompanied by at least one parent or be equipped with a special signed authorization;


4. Check-in: the apartments are available after 14.30 18.00hrs but kindly about the planned hour of arrival or any delay so as to ensure our presence at the time of your arrival;


5. Check out: departures from 8.30 to 11.00;


6. Reduction apartment for a stay of 7 nights or more: 10%;


7. Children from 0 to 2 years: free if in cot. Possible cot for small children available on request free of charge;


8. Pets: to host your friends, contact us through the form on this site;


9. Smoking: We are sorry, but smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common places of Quirinus;


10. Final cleaning Euro 30,00 for mono and two-room with a mezzanine, Euro 20,00 for the studios. The release of that should also be left clean the kitchenette: otherwise Euro 20,00 will be charged for cleaning. When animals will be charged Euro 20,00 extra for final cleaning;


12. Cancellation and / or cancellation of your stay: in case of cancellation by the customer, communication must be received by phone or mail; we will do our best to meet customer needs by moving the reservation but if this is not possible, we will proceed as follows:

- For cancellations received within the 15th day before arrival no penalty; the deposit will be returned.

- Cancellations received between 14 days and the planned date of arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total amount agreed.

- In case of "No Show" (no show) will be due the full amount of the stay;


13. Early departure: any changes must be promptly notified in advance; if the customer during the stay decides to leave early before the due date, it will still have to pay the amount of interior room;



14. Inability to accept the reservation: If due to circumstances Quirinus Venetia Properties causes were forced to cancel the reservation, by mutual agreement with the client will attempt to find an alternative solution in the same class; if this is not possible, as the earnest money will be refunded;


15. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is that of Venice.
