Quirinus Venetian Properties, recently inaugurated, has all the facilities to make your stay unique and unforgettable.



Each housing solution offers electronic key card (with door armored access), underfloor heating, air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator and all the accessories, and also 32" LCD TV with DVB and satellite receiver, safety box (key on request with deposit) and free wi-fi. You will also find bed linen and towels for each guest.

The bathroom, with a small dressing area before the entrance, is a full bathroom with shower.

An underground car parking is available for our guests without any extra charge.

Quirinus Venetia Properties is also equipped to welcome disabled people. The areas and the accesses, internal and external, are video controlled for security reasons.

You can easily reach Venice city center by bus (with departures every 10 minutes) and you will find the bus stop at about 100 meters from our building. We are located at about 30 minutes from the International Marco Polo Airport and 10 minutes from Venezia-Mestre train station.
