QUIRINUS Venetia Properties is strategically located in a residential area 15 minutes by bus from the historic center of Venice. You can leave your car for free in our garage and reach Venice by public transport. The bus stop is only 100 meters from our building and connections to Venice are guaranteed with frequent bus rides up to over midnight (one departure every 10 minutes during the day).
The Venezia-Mestre train station is a 10-minute bus ride away and Marco Polo International Airport is a 30-minute taxi ride or a 40-minute bus ride away.
Arriving by car from the A4 highway, following the Mestre ring road, predict the exit "Miranese", follow the signs for Spinea / Mirano, you will find Quirinus Venetia Properties on your right about two kilometers from the ring road.
In the immediate vicinity you will also find two supermarkets open every day (Sunday only in the morning), a bank with ATM Bancomat, bar, ice cream parlor and pizzeria with small kitchen.
